Job Title: Budget Analyst

Partner Staffing is a leading recruitment agency specializing in providing high-quality professionals to the Oil and Gas sector, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Utilities industries.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Budget Analyst to join our client's team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, as well as presenting financial reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of monthly and quarterly budgets, leading to the creation of long-term plans.
  • Participate in the presentation of plans and reports to senior management by preparing all necessary materials.
  • Analyze variance in financial results and forecasts.
  • Recommend and assist in the development of business initiatives, valuations, and models to align with regulatory, business, and accounting changes.
  • Maintain cost center hierarchies, organize business units, perform allocations in SAP.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with financial modeling and budgets.
  • University education with CPA, CFA.
  • Strong analytical and consolidation reporting and modeling skills.
  • Ability to develop the big picture and concurrently be detail-oriented.
  • High-level experience with SAP, Oracle Hyperion, WDesk, and PCS, MS BI.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP.
  • Strong team player with above-average presentation skills.
  • Extremely focused individual who can work in a busy environment.
