Salary Range:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can lead our kitchen operations, manage our food quality, and drive our culinary excellence. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing kitchen teams, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring efficient food preparation and service. They will also be responsible for training and developing staff, implementing new menu items, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, presentation, and plating.
  • Develop and implement recipes, menus, and promotions to meet customer demands and preferences.
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high levels of performance, productivity, and quality.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients and materials.
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections to maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-food or quick-service environment.
  • Proven track record of improving kitchen efficiency, reducing waste, and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
