Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective services.
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement as needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and process payments for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
