Job Overview

As a Wireless Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, educate them about our products and services, and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively interact with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
- Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process
- Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
- Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (required)
- Customer satisfaction and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Team building and collaboration skills
