- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute metallurgical test work programs.
- Analyze and interpret results from metallurgical testing, providing recommendations for process improvements.
- 10+ years of experience in the engineering or environmental consulting industry.
- 5+ years of operational experience in a mineral processing environment.
- Experience with sample selection and conducting metallurgical test work programs.
