Senior Operations Manager

O AND G TECH SOLUTIONS CORP. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead our organization's operational strategy and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve organizational objectives
- Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5 years or more of experience in operations management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
