The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, as well as inspecting sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. You will also be responsible for preparing budgets and cost estimates, and recommending additional services as needed.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to provide mentorship and coaching to our cleaning staff, and to support our company's commitment to diversity and inclusion. Key Responsibilities:
