Exercise Therapist

Job Summary:

As a Chronic Disease Management Exercise Therapist with Health Careers in Sask, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering community-based exercise programs for individuals with chronic diseases. This is a part-time regular position with a 0.7 FTE, offering 21 shifts of 7.5 hours per 6 weeks. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKin) degree and certifications in Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology - Certified Exercise Physiologist and Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS).

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and modify community-based exercise programs for individuals with chronic diseases
- Deliver individual and group exercise programs in community settings
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKin) degree
- Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology - Certified Exercise Physiologist certification
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
