Housekeeping Room Attendant Job Description

Gav Enterprises Ltd DBA. The Chinook Motel and Oasis Motor Inn is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Clean changing rooms and showers, and clean and disinfect elevators.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility.
  • Experience: Will train.
