Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Webooook Information Technology Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, managing candidate inventories, and advising managers on staffing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate applications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Provide guidance to job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review and analyze candidate inventories to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and provide support in resolving employment-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
