Key Responsibilities- Store Operations
- Open and close the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
- Supervise the store team and lead by example
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Merchandising and Inventory
- Order, receive, and stock merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels
- Set up windows and in-store displays, creating an attractive and inviting store environment
- Team Management
- Recruit, train, and schedule store team members and keyholders
- Submit reports and payroll to the home office, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
- Loss Prevention and Safety
- Report any loss prevention, health and safety, or damage incidents to the home office
- Maintain a safe and secure store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
- 2-3 years of general retail experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
