Beverage Service Specialist

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant and bar, seeking a skilled Beverage Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining and drinking experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Wine and Drink Selection: Advise customers on wine and drink selections, providing recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Order Taking and Beverage Preparation: Take orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, and prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to exacting standards.
- Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Collect cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment for beverages, and store beverage and food products in a clean and organized manner.
- Customer Service and Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education and Training: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with a strong emphasis on customer service and hospitality.
- Experience and Certification: Will train, with a strong desire to learn and develop skills in mixology and beverage service.
- Certificates and Licenses: Bartender/Mixology Certification Course, with a strong understanding of responsible serving practices.
- Work Environment and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, with the ability to work in a team and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
