We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Pizzeria Spacca Napoli. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, including pizzas, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items to order, using a variety of ingredients and cooking techniques.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that all team members are knowledgeable about our menu and cooking methods.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet customer demands.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an Italian cuisine restaurant.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
