- Ensuring accurate pricing and signage of merchandise to prevent errors and maintain customer trust.
- Adhering to strict standards and policies for cold chain compliance, food safety, and sanitation procedures to protect customers and maintain a clean environment.
- Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and product rotation to optimize inventory and sales.
- Ensuring the department is fully stocked and ready for business, and applying product protection when required.
- Setting and completing modulars, including flex modulars and setting new shelf caps to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing department.
