Warehouse Associate Role Overview

At The Group Master, we're seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team at the Vaughan Distribution Centre. As a key member of our logistics team, you'll be responsible for operating the REACH forklift to handle warehouse tasks, including receiving, labeling, and storing shipments, checking for any stock damage, maintaining accurate inventory records, and fulfilling customer orders with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the REACH forklift for loading, unloading, and organizing inventory.
- Physically receive goods, confirm quantities, and enter details into the computer system using the REACH forklift as needed.
- Pick and pack orders for counter sales, warehouse transfers, or courier deliveries, efficiently utilizing the REACH forklift.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, supporting with the REACH forklift for any necessary handling.
- Assist with customer loading and unloading of parts, either by hand or with the REACH forklift.
- Stock shelves and organize overstock locations using the REACH forklift.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring shelves and work areas are tidy.
- Follow all company safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating a REACH forklift (counterbalance experience also valuable)
- Dangerous Goods certification (an asset)
- Ability to lift or move heavy products (up to 50 lbs)
- Team player with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Initiative and resourcefulness
- Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude
