About the Role

M&D Building Maintenance is seeking a skilled Landscape Gardener to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing landscaping projects, ensuring the health and beauty of our clients' lawns and gardens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage landscaping projects from planning to completion
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to ensure optimal growth and health
  • Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products as needed
  • Assess the health of lawns and identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental purposes, and other uses
  • Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens
  • Plant and move trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Reliability and attention to detail are essential
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling
Work Environment

As a Landscape Gardener with M&D Building Maintenance, you will work outdoors in a variety of settings, including clients' homes and various locations. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest level of service to our clients.
