Job Title: Mechanical Engineering Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our team at Metro Air Ltd. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a vital role in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects
  • Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings, and specifications
  • Design and develop tools, moulds, jigs, and fixtures
  • Conduct mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components, and materials
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Supervise maintenance programs and operation of mechanical plants
  • Test and inspect mechanical equipment
Requirements:
  • College diploma or certificate in mechanical engineering technology
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and design principles
  • Proficiency in CAD design software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
