Your role will involve providing home support services to clients, assisting with personal care and daily living, while promoting maximum independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
- Perform household duties related to maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home
- Prepare meals in accordance with designated plans
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Observe and report changes in client behavior and condition
- Perform delegated tasks according to training and procedures
This is a Relief Part-Time opportunity until the return of the incumbent. The shift types for this position are rotating days and evenings with hours of work from 07:00 to 14:30, 07:00 to 15:30, 15:00 to 23:00 hours.
