Outage Planning and ExecutionWe seek an experienced Industrial Operations Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing industrial maintenance outages, ensuring seamless integration of various disciplines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate complex outage schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Develop detailed work plans, including safety matrices, pictures, P&IDs, isometrics, bills of material, and more
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports
- Maintain high standards of quality, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably with experience in industrial outages, exchangers, pumps, hydrotesting, and pipe fabrication
- 5+ years' experience as a Mechanical Planner or similar role
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and planning skills, with excellent leadership abilities
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and business applications, including Microsoft Office and SAP
