Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent experience in operations, logistics, warehouse management.
- 2-4 years of progressive experience overseeing a field operations team required.
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and team management skills required.
- Valid driver's license in good standing.
- Forklift Certification preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel.
