Job Description

ALBERTA INC is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software, and other embedded software control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software, and other embedded software control systems.
  • Ensure the development of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and implement software development processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong technical skills in software development, including programming languages such as C++, Java, and Visual Basic.
  • Experience with software development tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Language

English.

30 hours per week.
