Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Aquatic Safety Specialist to join our team at the YMCA of Three Rivers. As a key member of our aquatic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our members and participants in the pool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all pool users
  • Enforce all lifeguarding procedures and protocols
  • Plan and deliver swim lessons and programs for children and adults
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and well-maintained pool area
Requirements
  • Current National Lifeguard certification
  • Standard First Aid with CPR-C and AED
  • Swim Instructor certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
