As the Director of Technology, you will be responsible for defining a clear vision and strategic direction for technology at Reigning Champ. This includes prioritizing opportunities, leveraging top talent, and driving efficiency while making smart investments.
Responsibilities:
* Establish a clear vision and strategic direction for technology at Reigning Champ.
* Optimize the value of technology solutions for customers and the business through efficient planning and delivery of high-quality solutions.
* Develop and provide ongoing visibility to a technology roadmap in collaboration with business partners, technology partners, and external vendors, considering business vision, objectives, requirements, and technical feasibility.
* Provide features that unlock business and technology value – build high-quality and secure systems and integrations, leveraging industry best practices to meet the needs of the business and technology architecture.
* Partner with enterprise technology teams to ensure best-in-class service, deliver high-quality cybersecurity solutions, and provide a robust and scalable technology foundation.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has proven skills, education, or certifications in software delivery lifecycle, enterprise operational practices, communication, capital and operational budget planning and management, experience interfacing at the executive level, commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's values and principles, skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners, ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team, and dedication to quality and investing in results.
