About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Anex Select Imports Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods through our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Shipping Method: Research and select the most cost-effective and efficient shipping method for our products.
  • Schedule Distribution: Plan and coordinate the distribution of goods to our customers, ensuring timely delivery and minimal delays.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal losses.
  • Assemble Containers: Prepare and assemble containers and crates for shipping, ensuring they are properly labeled and secured.
  • Record Shortages: Identify and record any shortages or damaged goods, and take corrective action to prevent future occurrences.
  • Route Goods: Direct goods to the appropriate storage areas, ensuring efficient use of warehouse space.
  • Oversee Loading/Unloading: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with regular exposure to heavy lifting, bending, and standing.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
  • Hours: 30-40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
