About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Assurance Manager to join our team, offering a unique blend of expertise and leadership skills. As a seasoned professional with a strong passion for accounting, you will be responsible for overseeing client engagements, managing files, and mentoring your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee client engagements to ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and completeness
  • Manage files, set project budgets, plan project activities, and review projects for quality assurance
  • Solve complex accounting and tax questions and problems
  • Mentor and manage your team to achieve optimal results
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction
Requirements
  • Designated CPA with a strong background in audit engagements and financial statement preparation
  • At least 4 years of public practice experience with a focus on audit planning, execution, and completion
  • Proven experience managing a team and demonstrating leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of ASPE, ASNPO, and generally accepted auditing standards
  • Ability to research, analyze, and provide insights on financial statement and audit-related issues
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Independent, highly motivated, and self-starting
