Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our acute care setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate care to residents, supervising care staff, and continuing nursing procedures in the absence of an RN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision to care staff and continue nursing procedures as needed
  • Assist with medication distribution and personal care for residents
  • Work collaboratively with the Patient Care Co-ordinator to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications

  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
  • Completion of recent course(s) in pharmacology, plus one year's recent related experience

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
