Job Title: Executive Housekeeping Manager

The Wickaninnish Inn Ltd. is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping operations.
  • Manage the inventory of supplies and equipment, and ensure that all necessary materials are available to housekeeping staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role.
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
