Position Summary: We are seeking a qualified Mixer Operator to efficiently operate asphalt recycling and soil stabilization machinery throughout the construction season.

Compensation: We provide competitive salary packages along with comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy machinery to grind asphalt or stabilize soil/clay in accordance with project specifications.
  • Preferred experience with Wirtgen models WR2000, WR2400, and WR2500.
  • Collaborate with fellow operators and guide ground personnel to ensure proper grading and mixing for construction tasks.
  • Conduct routine pre-trip inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.

Physical Requirements: This role demands physical fitness, including repetitive bending, lifting, kneeling, and prolonged walking, particularly during equipment maintenance.

Qualifications: Candidates must hold a valid Class 5 Driver's License and have reliable transportation.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to a *safety-oriented* and *accountable* work culture, fostering a positive and respectful environment with supervisors and colleagues.
