Job Title: Casual Security Guard

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Casual Security Guard to join our team at GardaWorld. As a Casual Security Guard, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by enforcing property regulations and city by-laws.
  • Access control of entryways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
  • Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
  • Protect client assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
  • Complete daily reports and incident reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Valid Manitoba security guard license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year or more security-related experience is an asset.
  • First aid and CPR certification preferred.
  • Good communication skills (written/oral).
  • Driver's license and car (asset).
  • Excellent customer service and resourcefulness.
  • Good adaptability.
