Island Health is seeking a physician to join our team at the Quadra Village Medical Clinic, a hybrid family practice and walk-in clinic with a pharmacy on-site. As a family medicine physician, you will have the opportunity to build your own patient panel and work at your own pace in a diverse and dynamic environment.
About the Clinic
The Quadra Village Medical Clinic is a state-of-the-art facility with seven fully computerized exam rooms, high-speed internet, and a team of collegial and supportive GPs and professional and pleasant MOA staff. We offer a flexible schedule, with the option to work one day per week of walk-in practice to help build your patient panel.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic illnesses
- Build and maintain a patient panel, with the option to work at your own pace
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
