  • Execute all operational critical activities related to options reconciliations, settlements, and expiration.
  • Take ownership of critical trade and position reconciliations, escalating to the trade desk, counterparties, and other teams as necessary to reduce risk.
  • Troubleshoot, manage, and proactively resolve reconciliation differences.
  • Use data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Develop processes to increase the efficiency of our back-office operations.

We're looking for people with experience working in back-office reconciliation, who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets while meeting tight deadlines. If you have 3+ years experience handling options, securities operations, treasury, and securities lending programs, and possess strong Excel skills, we'd like to hear from you.
