Job Summary

Grove Cedar Ltd is seeking a skilled Wood Processing Labourer to join our team. As a Wood Processing Labourer, you will be responsible for feeding conveyors, hoppers, saws, and drying machines, as well as sorting, piling, and transporting wood products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Feed conveyors, hoppers, saws, and drying machines with wood products
  • Sort and pile wood products for transportation
  • Remove scrap lumber and wood chips for reprocessing
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
