Bunzl Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a National Accounts Executive. This role requires developing and maintaining buying groups, increasing business among existing clients, and promoting the organization to new clients to meet strategic business objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance of national account and/or buying group issues and business. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment, have strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills, and be able to comfortably sell and effectively communicate at senior levels of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with customers first and then sell to them, understanding their needs and providing innovative solutions to help them grow their business.
  • Drive revenues and market share by targeting strategic key accounts and pursuing a strategic plan, executing account plans internally and externally.
  • Partner with local sales, operations, marketing, finance, purchasing, technical service, HR, and management teams to develop and deliver compelling customer presentations and unique offerings.

The National Accounts Executive will work closely with local sales professionals and sales managers, ensuring seamless execution of account plans and providing direction, feedback, and collaborative support to the National Account team.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in Cleaning & Hygiene Sales or Marketing, with 3 years in sales with national/strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will possess proven account development, onboarding, and account management skills, including strategic planning and execution, creativity, communication, and administration.
