Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at RhynoCare in the Nickel Centre area. This opportunity offers a competitive salary, travel compensation, and accommodation.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents in long term and acute care facilities. Your duties will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of our residents.

Requirements for this role include:

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Able to work with persons with Infectious Diseases
• BLS Certificate
• Valid First Aid & CPR
• Proof of current immunizations for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella (MMRV) and negative TB skin test within one year as well as Hepatitis B
• Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shift times, including 8 or 12 hours, and ability to 'float' from unit to unit within a hospital
