Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Director to join our Global Risk Management team. As a key member of the Transformation Office, you will drive cross-functional collaboration to generate insights and deliver strategic recommendations that support the development of the Transformation Program.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the VP, Transformation Office, and work closely with senior management to execute and manage strategic planning for the Transformation Program.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the VP, Transformation Office, and other Senior Executives, helping define and review priorities to ensure they are set up for success.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to generate insights and deliver strategic recommendations supporting the development of the Transformation Program.
  • Articulate strategic vision, plan, and progress against plan for various deliverables and audiences, including the Bank's Board and Committees and Operating Committee members.
  • Manage multiple, interconnected projects involving internal stakeholders and matrix governance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; master's degree and/or MBA preferred.
  • 3-4 years of experience in top-tier management consulting firms; banking industry expertise highly recommended.
  • Experience developing and supporting large-scale, complex programs across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to deliver results in fast-paced, challenging business environments.
  • Exceptional planning and analytical skills, ability to discern research information/data and focus on critical business issues.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multi-functional teams.
  • Collaborative track record of managing and developing high-potential talent.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
