Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all port passes and keys accessing PRPA properties and assets, including buildings, gates, equipment, and restricted areas.
  • Provide daily support and relief coverage to the Security Operations Associate.
  • Administer the Access Control Manager (ACM) System, monitoring groups/categories within the system and assigning authorized access.
  • Process invoices and collect payments for port users, ensuring month-end port pass billing is complete.
  • Coordinate the booking and use of the Emergency Operations Center.
  • Lead administrative tasks, including preparing correspondence, coordinating conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education.
  • Three years of security and/or administration experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and exercise good judgment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
