Retail Buyer Role at Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd.

We are seeking a skilled Retail Buyer to join our team at Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Sourcing: Source and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain adequate stock levels, oversee distribution of merchandise to outlets, and negotiate prices with suppliers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a strong understanding of the retail industry and excellent communication skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
