About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Expert to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Data Analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through advanced data analysis and predictive modeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced predictive models to drive business insights and decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
  • Develop and maintain complex data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
  • Provide expert-level data analysis and modeling support to business leaders and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, predictive modeling, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact data-driven solutions
  • Strong technical skills in programming languages (e.g. Python, R), data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), and statistical software (e.g. SAS, SPSS)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
