Job Overview

This is a critical leadership role within our organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Sonar manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team of technicians, machinists, and assembly personnel, and be accountable for ensuring smooth operations and the timely delivery of high-quality products.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of technicians, machinists, and assembly personnel
  2. Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines and customer demands
  3. Coordinate workflow between departments to optimize efficiency and resource utilization

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in electronics or sonar manufacturing
  • Proven expertise in production planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
