Job Summary

Border Bean International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician to join our team. As an Accounting Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and Quick Books.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Experience with scanners.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is not available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliable, team player, and time management skills.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
