About The Chopped Leaf

We are a fast-paced food service company that prides itself on providing high-quality food and excellent customer service. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive a great dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as soups, salads, and sandwiches, to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and handling customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, ensuring that food is properly stored and rotated to maintain freshness and quality.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, as well as wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment, and to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills necessary to perform the job duties.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
