Job Title: Mechanic Helper

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic Helper to join our team at Arjazon Seed Trading Ltd. The successful candidate will assist our tradespersons and other workers in various tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Work Environment

Our work environment is dynamic and challenging, with a focus on safety and efficiency. As a Mechanic Helper, you will work outdoors, in a rural area, and be exposed to various weather conditions. You will also be required to work in a noisy and dusty environment, with occasional exposure to cold and hot temperatures.

Responsibilities
  • Assist tradespersons and other workers in moving equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public.
  • Help with cleaning machines and immediate work areas.
  • Support installation, maintenance, repair, and warehouse tasks.
Requirements
  • Physical demands: combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
  • Weight handling: up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal suitability: dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, and team player.
