  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and replacement of resources.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Requirements
  • Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Physical Demands
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with frequent lifting, bending, and standing required.
