About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Mechanical Engineering projects from inception to completion. As a strong leader, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, budget constraints, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  2. Lead a project-specific mechanical design team and collaborate with other engineering disciplines.
  3. Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure project success.
  4. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  6. Ensure all engineering work meets quality standards and codes, while ensuring client expectations are met.

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a valid PEO license.
  2. 10 years' experience in engineering consulting industry focus on the design of mechanical systems for buildings.
  3. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
  4. Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  5. Proven ability to lead and motivate complex multidisciplinary projects.
  6. Experience with leading mechanical design teams.
  7. The ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
