Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with vehicles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract required.
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or in a related field is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
