Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Baljit Sierra. As a Live-In Caregiver, you will provide personalized support and care to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being in a comfortable and safe home environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized living space
  • Assist with medication management and other health-related tasks, as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
