As a sales advisor at Estée Lauder Companies, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a unique and inspirational in-store experience. With your passion for people and products, you will work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide welcoming and personalized service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a well-organized store environment.
  • Use your exceptional people skills to educate and inspire customers about our products and services.
  • Work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry, is desirable.

Qualifications

  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
  • Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
  • Anticipated Hourly Range $16.85 to $27.15 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget).
