Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Green Light Ventures Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, and receiving and relaying information to central dispatch.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Pick Up Items: Safely transport and deliver messages, parcels, and other items by hand, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Operate Vehicles: Drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
  • Communicate with Dispatch: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assemble and Install Merchandise: Assemble, install, and set up merchandise/products as required, demonstrating attention to detail and quality.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of items received and delivered, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence: Possess a valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Work Hours: Work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
