About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Air Conditioning Mechanic to join our team at Transport Car Fre. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Measure and lay out reference points for installation, assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components, and perform routine maintenance tasks such as recharging systems with refrigerant and checking regulators.
  • Repair and Replacement: Repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems.
  • Testing and Quality Control: Start up systems and test for leaks using testing devices, and ensure that all systems are functioning properly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Certifications: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification
  • Work Conditions: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and attention to detail
  • Work Environment: 40 hours per week, permanent position
