Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Commercial Cleaner to join our team at ServiceMaster Clean of Chatham, Windsor & Sarnia. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
• Clean and sanitize washrooms, refill dispensers, and empty garbage and recycling
• Conduct spot cleaning of walls and glass, and sanitize touchpoints
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management
• Establish positive rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

Requirements:

• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a variety of settings
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for commuting to work locations
• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is an asset
